At Exposure Lights, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance lighting equipment. If your gear isn't meeting your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Securely

  Place the lights and all original accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
